Our History
Power Consult was originally incorporated in Ghana under the Incorporated Private Partnerships Act, 1962 with registration No. P-12,823 on May 14, 1998. The Partnership was renewed on May 8, 2017 with a new registration number PN001102017. With the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer from public service in 2017 and bringing with him tremendous experience in the Electric Power Utility Industry, the company started working full-time in pursuit of its corporate vision and mission.
Following two continuous years of profitability in service delivery, the Partners decided to change on December 27, 2018, the legal status of the business from Incorporated Partnership to a Limited Liability Company with registration number CS355202018.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control Policy
Power Consult aims at providing maximum quality service to its clients. The company believes that maximum quality service will be achieved through the timely completion of work to the standard and cost agreed with client. It has therefore taken various initiatives towards Total Quality Management. The companies Quality Assurance Handbook which provides Power Consult Staff with readily available references for conduct of their work is one of such initiatives.
